All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed. Cancelation will be accepted up to 24 hours from the time your order is placed. Christian Girl Apparel items are made to order. Normal processing/shipping time is 3-7 business days.
Orders are shipped via USPS.
If your package is lost in the mail for 10 calendar days, we will extend store credit, but you must let us know within 15 days. Otherwise, we will not be able to extend store credit. If we show a delivered status and your mail is stolen that is out of our control.

Easy Exchange

CANCELLATION POLICY

Because all of our items are handprinted to order, we only allow cancellations up to 24 hours after your order is placed. We are not able to offer exceptions to this policy.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We know buying online can be difficult! We do offer store exchange for unworn/unwashed apparel with tags attached within 15 days from the delivery confirmation date.

We cannot accept returns on leggings, sale items, or tumblers.

2 Options:

1) Exchange

The size you ordered don't fit. We will exchange for a different size you will be charged $6 for the cost of return shipping. We will also send you a return shipping label. Once, your eligible items are received unworn/unwashed with the tags attached, we will send you your exchange. The deadline to request an exchange is 15 days from the delivery confirmation date.

If for any reason, we do not have the exchange size in stock we will offer store credit.

2) Store Credit

Is it the wrong color, style or size? Let us know, and we will send you a store credit for the products you purchased (shipping costs are nonrefundable). We will also send you a free return shipping label if its a store or system error on our behalf. Once we receive your unworn/unwashed eligible item(s) with the tags attached, we will send you your store credit. The deadline to request store credit is 15 days from the delivery confirmation date.

Please DO NOT send back any items without contacting the support team first for exchange or store credit.

Items must be in saleable condition with tags attached.
